STAFF AUDITOR / ACCOUNTANT
The Position
- Participate in pre-audit planning and testing of internal control systems
- Prepare and audit financial statements in adherence with professional and firm standards under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) auditing standards
- Maintain and support client relationships
- Contribute to peer led committees to enhance policies and procedures within the firm
- Be an active participant in the future of our firm as we continue to grow
Qualifications
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Management (or related experience)
- Understanding of and a general interest in learning and developing accounting skills
- Positions available based on experience level (includes recent graduates with limited experience)
- Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communications skills
- Limited travel to client’s sites expected

EXPERIENCED AUDITORS
The Position

- Prepare, review, supervise and audit engagements in adherence with professional and firm standards under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) auditing standards
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Contribute to peer led committees to enhance policies and procedures within the firm
- Be an active participant in the future of our firm as we continue to grow
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of public accounting audit experience (Positions available based on experience level)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Management (or related experience)
- CPA licensed preferred but not required
- Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communications skills
- Limited travel to client’s sites expected (Northern New England)
